That sense of urgency.
Very,very important. Be it studies or volleyball- WE NEED TO FEEL THAT URGENCY.
So guys, during trainings, please have more sense of urgency. We don't have much time, as you know. U16's coming, and you won't want to cherish time only when you're about to lose it.
